Wednesday's Lobby Reception Invitation

An open invitation is extended to you and your family.

Our weekly Wednesday Lobby Reception is held between 5:00pm – 7:00pm.

This is a terrific opportunity to experience service style, sample menu and wines, tour ballrooms and view guestrooms.

Appointments are recommended when you are ready to review all of our event information with an Event Manager.

Your Wedding Night Stay is offered with our compliments when hosting your event at Garden Court Hotel for 75 guests or more. You will receive a confirmation number when the deposit is received to secure your event.

This reservation is made for Friday, Saturday or Sunday nights.

Suite and weekday upgrades available upon request and the best available rate will be offered at the time of reservation.

Should you require an early morning arrival for preparing for your wedding you may consider reserving the room the night prior to your wedding at the preferred rate. We will provide luxury turn-down service to re-stage your room for your wedding night.

We are pleased to extend complimentary accommodations for a 7-consecutive night stay at any Vincci Hoteles location (excluding USA properties). Our deluxe sister hotel premiere locations include; Madrid, Barcelona, Seville, Canary Islands, Tunisia and many more.

This offer is available with a minimum of 75 guests guaranteed for your Garden Court Hotel wedding and will extend through the first year of marriage ending on your anniversary date.

Preferred Guestroom Rates and Reservations

Please contact your Events Manager directly for guestroom arrangements (650) 323-1912.

No deposit or credit card on file is required to make a reservation block for your event. Your reservation is released without penalty 3 weeks prior to your event. We will continue to honor the best available preferred rate up to and including your event date.

Make reservations as early as possible. We monitor your event reservations by rooming list and may suggest increasing your reservation block when necessary.

Event guests require the below information to receive the best possible rates:

  • All preferred rates and reservations are based on availability.
  • When making individual reservations contact Guest Services directly (650) 322-9000.
  • The reservation block is listed under your event name.
  • Several room types all with varying preferred rates are quoted.
  • We quote the best available rate for the room types remaining in your reservation block.
  • We cannot guarantee all one room type for your event.

We are happy to arrange for musicians to perform background music for your event. Our resources include harpists, duos, trios and quartets, mariachis, classical, jazz and swing styles. You are welcome to bring up to 5 CDs for our house system.
